I, the parent/guardian, acknowledge that participation in Hands-On History Camp, operated by the Tucson Presidio Trust, involves activities at historic sites and outdoors in the Sonoran Desert. I confirm the information provided is accurate, that my child is able to participate, and I agree to hold harmless the Tucson Presidio Trust, the El Presidio Museum, the Fort Lowell Museum, and their staff and volunteers for ordinary risks of participation. I authorize camp staff to seek emergency medical care if needed and to release my child only to the authorized persons listed above.
